Use of the Website
By completing your customer registration and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions and to be aged 18 years or older. A contract exists between us only once the goods have been despatched to you.
Preferences regarding the formatting of text and graphics should be made clear when ordering or by email using contact form immediately after placing the order. In the absence of clear guidelines our art department will interpret your requirements to the best of their ability which will then be non-returnable except where clear errors are made.
Payment for all online products must be made in advance using Paypal or Nochex. These are secure methods of payment and you can use any major debit or credit card.
Full payment will be deducted from your card within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, or if we have made an error, please contact us with the order details and we will advise you how to return the item. We will pay for the return postage, and either refund or replace the faulty item. Proof of delivery back to us may be required.
Personalised or embroidered items may not be returned unless the product is faulty, or we have made an error.
Orders may be canceled by email (using contact form) within 7 days from the day following the date of delivery, unless we have already started to personalise your order. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Delivery costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for returning the item to us in the same condition as it was supplied to you.
To allow us sufficient time to personalise your order according to your instructions, we aim where possible to despatch within 5 working days from receipt of the order. Within the U.K. you may choose first or second class postage, or for guaranteed next day delivery we offer a 24 hour courier service (excluding weekends).
Please ensure that arrangements are made to receive delivery of your purchase, or to make alternative arrangements. If no one is available to receive the goods our courier will leave a card giving contact details for their local depot. The goods will be held at that depot for a minimum of 7 days and if unclaimed will be returned to us. We would need to charge for a second despatch.
Where appropriate, v.a.t. at 20% is included in our prices. Children's clothing is exempt from v.a.t. and is consequently not charged. Our U.K. v.a.t. Number is 276 7323 34.
If purchasing any of our products from outside the U.K., you are responsible for paying any import duties required by the destination country.
