Returns Policy

If the item is damaged, faulty or contains an embroidery/print error...

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or damaged, (or if we have made a mistake!), please get in touch within 7 days (of receipt of the item) using the contact form which can be found on the 'Contact Us' page. Please let us know your order number and the issue with your order and we will be more than happy to help and advise you on how to return the item. If the item is faulty/damaged we will cover the return postage, and either refund or replace the faulty item. Proof of delivery back to us may be required, we recommend using a 2nd class signed for service for returned items.

If the item is no longer required...

Please note that Personalised items may not be returned unless the product is faulty, or we have made an error. Before purchasing personalised embroidery please ensure you have spelt all names/text correctly.

If you have ordered a non-personalised item (for example a plain dressing gown with no embroidery, or a printed t-shirt with a standardised design) returns are accepted, as long as the item has not been worn, and the item is returned within 30 days of you receiving the parcel. Please get in touch using the contact form which can be found on the 'Contact Us' page. Please let us know your order number and the issue with your order and we will be more than happy to help and advise you on how to return the item.
