When will my order be dispatched?
Items that are personalised with a name or text can take up to five working days to produce and dispatch. This applies to all orders, regardless of the delivery method chosen. Non-personalised orders - such as those with a design - may still need to be produced, so can take a few working days to dispatch.
How quickly will my item be delivered?
The delivery speed refers to the time the item will take to arrive AFTER dispatching, orders can take up to 5 working days to process.
- Courier Service – Next working day after dispatch, signature required, UK mainland only. (Unfortunately we cannot select a specific time for delivery)
- Royal Mail 1st Class – 1 or 2 Business days, no tracking available
- Royal Mail 2nd Class – 2 or 3 Business days, no tracking available
- Royal Mail International – Between 3 to 5 Business days, no tracking available
What if I want my item quickly?
If you require the order to arrive as a matter of urgency we will do what we can to dispatch in time. Please email us with the details using our contact form.
What is the status of my order?
Unfortunately due to the volume of orders it is not possible to regularly update individuals on the current status of items. Each customer will receive confirmation that their order is complete once it has been dispatched. If it has not arrived within 7 days of this notice please contact us using the contact form.
Can I return my item?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days if they are unused. Incorrect or faulty items can also be returned for correction or to be replaced; please contact us before sending. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of personalised items.
How will my personalisation look?
You can format your text as you wish. This includes choosing a colour, and one of our available fonts. Longer names or messages can be placed over several lines as desired. If not specified we will use our discretion.
Can I add my own design?
We can only personalise items with either text, or one of our own designs. Unfortunately we cannot add your own logos or badges. This also includes copyrighted designs such as football club crests, or cartoon characters.
What material are items made from?
Our wide selection of products are produced from a variety of materials. The details for each item are listed in the information on each product page.
Can I see sample items?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide sample items to retailers, reviewers, or bloggers. All products must be purchased and paid for in full up front.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
We may be able to offer discounts for an order of 5 or more items, this can vary dependent on availability and demand. Please email us with specific order details, including any personalisation required.
Can I edit Gift Sets?
Our Gift Sets are standardised, so prices only apply to the items listed and described. These cannot be swapped for other products or personalised in ways other than offered.
